Wondering how I get my Percentage Saved? I use the following equation:
Total Savings / (Total Spent + Total Savings) = % Saved
This included (2) $50 BP gas cards! Everything did NOT go as planned on this grocery trip, but that is okay! =) I had to get rain-checks for (6) Mueller's Whole wheat pasta and (1) Aunt Jemima waffles. They were all out of strawberries ($2) and the Philadelphia cream cheese 8 oz. bricks. I should have gotten rain-checks for these also, but I didn't. I knew I needed to get these somewhere else because I will need them before I come back to Publix. The good news is they still had enough Beechnut Steamies meals for me to get 10! I can NOT pass up free toddler food!!!

*Things to remember when shopping PUBLIX (Northport, AL):
- When and item is Bogo, you DO NOT have to buy 2, they are 1/2 price.
- You CAN use one MQ plus one STORE coupon per item.
- Publix doubles MQ up to and including $.50!
I did not use coupons on any of the following:
~32 oz. bag of collards: $3.99 (The Glory Greens were 2/$5, but they were 16 oz. bags so this was the better deal!

$100 of this is gas cards, which leaves $75.79. If you look at my total for all NON coupon purchases, it is $83.24. So, all the items I used coupons on are actually FREE and I got $7.45 overage that was applied to my non coupon purchases, making my total spent on groceries $75.79!
