1st transaction:

Buy (2) oatmeal = $5

-Use 2 $1/1 MQ 

-Use $2 ECB's

Pay $1 plus tax, get $2 ECB

2nd transaction:

Buy 2 Oatmeal = $5

-Use 2 $1/1 MQ

-Use $2 ECB

Pay $1 plus tax, get $2 ECB

3rd transaction:

buy 2 kraft mac and cheese = $6

-Use $2 ECB

Pay $4 plus tax, get $3 ECB's

So I have Paid $6 plus tax OOP (out of pocket) and have $3 ECB's to start my next week!
