Ingredients:
- 1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breast cut into bite size pieces ($1.79/lb. @ WM)
- 1 can Campbell's cream of chicken soup 98% fat free $1.49 @ WM
- 1 bag Vigo yellow rice (FREE, see post HERE) cooked according to package directions.
- 1 bag Green Giant Valley Fresh Steamers Broccoli and Cheese ($.35, see post HERE) cooked according to package directions.
- 1 cup Kraft shredded cheddar cheese $.25 (I paid $.50/bag, used 1/2 a bag, see post HERE)
TOTAL $3.88 OR $4.23 w/tax!
Directions:
- Spray skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Cook chicken until browned.
- In a 9x13 casserole dish, mix cooked chicken, cooked rice, and cooked broccoli and cheese with cream of chicken soup.
- Spread evenly.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Heat oven to 400 degrees. Cook for 15-20 minutes.
- Enjoy!
